My Testimonial
Dear skeptic,
Carol, Raven, Mekhi and I have been drinking raw milk for four years. Carol no longer has a cat allergy, which plagued her for years. During the first year Carol and Raven had tooth aches and I had an apses. After one glass of raw milk the tooth aches were gone. My apses went down the next day. The milk wasn’t able to fill a cavity or bring a dead tooth back to life, but it did help us until we were able to get to the dentist. If we can pass this milk bill maybe my four year old won’t have to see a dentist chair.
Raw milk has cured my terrible hay fever, which got worse as I got older. Before raw milk I would often have a head ache after work. I’m no longer allergic to bananas, melons, and mushrooms. I’m no longer sensitive to dust or chlorine bleach. I used to get a head ache if I swept or was around someone sweeping the floor. My nose would run when I cut grass or was around hay.
15 years ago I went to the doctor with something like hemorrhoids. The doctor said eat more fiber, that’s easier said then done. I started using baby wipes instead of toilet paper, which alleviated the problem. Drinking raw milk, I no longer need the baby wipes, I barely need toilet paper. This was also great when it came time to change Mekhi,s diaper. Before starting on raw milk my bowels were so slow, I went only 3 times a week. I would have to sit on the toilet until my legs fell asleep. Now I go every day and it only takes a few minutes.
Ironically, before I started drinking raw milk I would have diarrhea at least once or twice a year. I haven’t had diarrhea in four years, and diarrhea is the only reason we’re told not to drink raw milk.

PS, I think fresh milk is the most important issue in the US today. What's more important than the health of our children? There's no simpler way to avoid the doctor and the dentist, than drinking a quart or two of raw milk a day. Vitamin and mineral supplements, carrot juice, salads, smoothies, and raw fish, are good but they are incomplete, difficult to prepare, hard to get use to, and almost impossible to consume on a regular bases.
